All of CWIPPs projects
are intended to help research and explain todays pagan
and planetary worldview, and to encourage Christians to express
an appropriate Christian response.
We are a young organization. Many
of our projects are still dreams, but the work of CWIPP is
crucial, international and exciting, though also demanding.
If you have a heart for particular
projects mentioned below, you can help in several ways:
- Earmark a donation for the project
you care most about.
- Pray for that project.
- Sign up willing friends to receive
our Newscwipp newsletter.
- Attend a seminar or encourage your
church to sponsor one.
- Suggest materials or other scholars
who might be working along the same lines as CWIPP.
Practical materials for the church
High School:
Curricula for junior high and high
school
Constructing a Christian worldview and recognizing the pagan
worldview.
All Believers:
Evangelism tools designed for reaching
postmodern pagans.
Video series for both Christian and
pagan audiences documenting how contemporary radical agendas
share a common, pagan religious worldview.
Seminars in churches and seminaries
on the subject of modern pagan spirituality (see Dr. Jones
schedule.)
Pastors and Church Planters:
Materials for pastors who want to
learn to preach to pagans. How are they to recover doctrinal
preaching? Pastors can refresh the old time religion
and the Gospel once delivered because only historic
biblical doctrine meets the pagan challenge head-on. Such
an apologetic context renews both teaching and preaching of
theological orthodoxy.
International Christians and Leaders:
Seminars offered in: South Africa,
Switzerland, Costa Rica, Brazil, Chile, Australia, New Zealand,
Canada and the USA. Other countries as plans proceed to translate
the website into foreign languages and to provide MP3 files
for download.
Regional conferences abroad, building
on the original seminars
Website resources plans proceed
to have the website translated into several foreign languages
in order to make articles available to a greater audience.
We also hope to have some audio files available.
Scholars and Seminarians:
Essay contests for seminarians.
Think-tank weekends for selected scholars
In order to accomplish this huge vision,
we need staff, equipment and researchers. Thus far, the Lord
has provided a solid and enthusiastic board, and some dedicated
individual encouragers, and three competent part-time staff
who are working hard on the website, seminar scheduling, and
research for projects. We desperatly need staff and ask you
to faithfully consider a donation towards secritarial help
and an assistant for Dr. Jones. Wherever Dr. Jones lectures,
the response is the same. You are describing the society
in which I live. CWIPPs ministry straddles the
usual categories. It is missions, Christian education, evangelism,
apologetics, systematic theology, cultural analysis and homiletics,
all rolled into one.
If you feel you can support us, or
would like to be on our mailing list, you can send a donation, or an email to info@cwipp.org
